SecureHunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureHunt's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold SecureHunt harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@securehunt.io and providing a detailed description of the dispute.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration will be conducted in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.
SecureHunt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureHunt regarding the Service.
